One Number "Follow-Me" Service

Make it unbelievably easy to keep in touch. Your V-Link One Number is not attached to any phone, it follows you wherever you go. Imagine having just one number on your business card for your office, your home, your mobile phone, fax, or pager. You can even receive e-mail through your One Number! But you stay in control, because V-Link lets you choose whether you want to be able to be reached or have V-Link take messages for you.

Ever attended a meeting waiting for an important call and wanted to answer only that call? With V-Link, you know who's calling-because you hear their voice before you answer. Then you decide whether to take the call, send it to voice mail, or transfer the call to your personal operator.

In addition to the caller's voice, V-Link also records the caller's phone number and plays it back for you before you take the call. If the caller leaves a message, V-Link adds their phone number as part of the "header" that accompanies each message.

V-Link gives you far more than the features of an answering machine or other traditional messaging service. With V-link, you can receive voice mail and fax mail; even email in your In Box. V-link takes messages while you're away or when you're on the line. If Caller ID is available from the caller, V-Link automatically includes the caller's number with each message, along with the time and date. You can forward your messages to other subscribers, to other phone numbers, even to an email address. And you can get your messages from any phone or on the Web, using Visual V-Link.

V-Link makes it easy to foward your calls to a "personal operator", to other subscribers, or to any 10 digit phone number. You can forward incoming calls before answering them, or after the conversation has begun.

With V-Link, it's very easy to transfer a call between any two phones at the office, at home, on the road, no matter where you are. You can transfer a call between two offices, from a cell phone to a desk phone or vice versa, even from a cell phone to a pay phone! V-Link lets you continue your call, even if you need to change phones in the middle of a conversation.

V-Link's Call Whisper feature makes Call Waiting and Call Waiting ID from your local phone company seem really primitive. While your're on a call, and a new call comes in, insted of hearing a Call Waiting beep, you'll hear a brief, two second announcement recorded by the incoming caller. You know exactly who's calling, so you can decide whether to interrupt your current call or simply ignore the incoming call and let V-Link take a message.

If you've ever had to be away from the office but still needed immediate access to your incoming faxes, V-Link makes it easy to get them , no matter where you are. When a new fax arrives, it is placed in your box. V-Link then calls you, e-mails you, or pages you to let you know a new fax has arrived. When you need it, just call your One Number and give V-Link the fax number where you want it sent.

V-Link makes it easy to send a message to a single individual or to an entire group. In fact, V-Link lets you send voice or fax messages instantly to up to 250 recipients.

If you have a pager, you can specify your pager number and then have V-Link page you whenever you recive an incoming call, fax, or message in your Box.

No longer do you have to manage multiple In Box message centers, one place for your voice mail, another for your e-mail, another for your incoming faxes. That's because with V-Link, you've got one place for all your messages, voice, fax, pager, and e-mail. And you can get your In Box through any phone or any computer with internet access.

Visual V-Link is V-Link's visual interface on the World Wide Web. With Visual V-Link, you can easily check or change your personal settings, create and mantain group lists, listen to messages, view and print faxes, or even forward any messages to other subscribers or to any email address.

V-Link's enhanced conference calling gives you full control and amazing flexibility with your conference calls. You can call each participant or have them call you and then add them, one by one or all at once to the conference call. You can temporarily leave the conference so you can check your voice mail, print a fax, or even place another call while the conference call continues. You can even create "subconferences" so that private conversations can be held, within the original conference call. Up to 12 separate parties can participate in the conference.

If you find yourself spending a lot of time in your e-mail program on your computer, you may want to have V-Link automatically forward all your incoming messages, voice or fax to your e-mail address. Voice messages are converted to sound files, and faxes are converted to image files, both of which you can easily and immediately access on your computer.

Ever wish you could put a caller on hold but the phone you were using didn't have a hold button? It's no problem for V-Link, becouse V-Link let's you put a caller on hold on any phone, even a payphone or a mobile phone. Just press a couple of keys, and the caller is on hold, with professional soothing hold music playing in the background until you return.

V-Link makes it easy for you to instantly get back in touch with callers who've called your One-Number and left you a message. With each incoming call (if caller I.D. was available on the call), V-Link remembers the callers phone number and let's you call them back, by just pressing a single key.

Voice on Demand/Fax on Demand. Post up to 90 voice recordings or documents that your callers can listen/retrieve 24 hrs. a day, by calling your One Number and following the prompts to select from a menu you have created.

Voice and Fax Broadcasting. With V-Link voice broadcasting, you can send messages to one or more (up to 250) recipients. If the recipient is a subsriber to V-Link, your message is automatically placed in their In-Box. If the recipient is not a subscriber to V-Link, their phone will ring and they will be given the option to listen to the recording, discard it, or reschedule it for later delivery. With the fax broadcast you can send a single fax to 250 recipients within 250 groups at the same time.

Monthly Payment Options

• Credit Card. Customers who choose this payment option must include the following information: Type of card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express), expiration date on the card, and credit card holder name.
• Auto-Checking Withdrawal (ACW). This option allows customers to pay their monthly bill automatically using an autochecking withdrawal agreement with their bank. Customers who select this option must include a complete Automatic Checking Withdrawal Authorization Form and a copy of a voided check with their order. This form is available through Direct Source, I-Link's Fax on Demand system (Document # 5006) and I-Link's web site at www.i-linkww.net.
• Monthly Invoice. Customers who choose to pay their monthly invoce using personal checking or money order must pay an additional $4/month.(Note: Does not apply to the V-Link Calling Commercial plan.)

Inital Setup Fee Payment Method

V-Link One orders require a $9.95 setup fee. Customers can choose to pay by credit card, personal check/money order, or be billed for the setup fee. Customers who choose to pay by credit card will be charged upon receipt of their order. Customers who select the monthly invoice option will be billed for the initial setup fee.
