There are six species of Campanula found in Washington state:  C. scouleri, C. rutundifolia, C. piperi, C. scabrella, C. parryi, and C. lasiocarpa.  These usually flower in mid- to late summer.

The common Harebell has rounded leaves at base while others are linear, both with smooth edges.
