WebColor is a small utility program designed to display the palette of 216 web-safe colors used in web site design.

Features:

  • Single .exe (no DLL's required)
  • Displays values in hex, decimal, and percent
  • Supports arrow keys and mouse for color selection
  • Displays preview of selected color as background
  • Preview mode can be toggled off or on
  • Current cell location can be saved between sessions
  • Up/Down buttons allow the entry of user-specified color values
  • 32 bit program runs under Windows 95/98/NT
