The Port Hudson event was held on March 27th & 28th, 1999. Members attending from the 8th Louisiana included Lee Bartlett & son Bobby, Paul Boudreaux & brother, Jude Brand, James Chauvin, Wayne Cosby, Louis Courville, Steven Driskell, Michael Labiche & nephew, Ray O., Raymond O. and Thomas Walsh.
