This is the brightest I can get to show in a picture without waiting till night time to try and take more photos.
If it lights up this well in the daytime with the correct lighting, imagine how reflective it will be in the dark of night!

This picture kind of shows you what the reflective vinyl looks like during the night...although...it is much more reflective,
I had to direct the camera flash on get the panels to show up during the daytime for these pictures!
