The Southern Cruisers Riding Club is for everyone who enjoys riding with a Group of 'Like Minded' people, and our Club Policies are very simple:
However, we do ask a few things from our members:
In 1999 Rick Perry started the Southern Cruisers in Memphis TN with one thing in mind...riding! He decided that he wanted a no attitude, all brands, no dues club, and it worked. There are over 470 chapters Worldwide and over 32,000 Members. Please take time to visit the National Site and the Forum (see main page) to find out more about the SCRC.
The Central Arkansas Chapter started in September 2000. Randy(Lil'Ed) started the Chapter after meeting a group of Southern Cruisers from Texas and rode up to Branson with them, where he met even more Cruisers. He knew it was a club He wanted to be a part of. The SCRC is a RIDING CLUB, and moreover, this is a Club that belongs to ALL the Members who make it up. Participate as much or little as You want. The Chapter's First Officer acts as the communication channel that brings everyone together for as much Riding and as much Fun as they can stand.
Chapter 135 of Central Arkansas has Members who live next door and in the next city - from Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Conway, Cabot, Bryant, Sheridan, Perryville, and Hot Springs. So you see, some are willing to travel the miles necessary to associate with Like Minded Bikers. They can't make every ride, but they do make as many as they can. They can't make every Rally, but they make as many as they can. And ALL try to keep the Chapter informed as to Rides, Rallies, and Events in their neck of the woods.
