This page is still under construction, but it's almost done.

Most of the functionality is here, though I intend to add a few more features in the near future. Note that clicking on any day on the month or week views selects that day and updates all views appropriately.

I have now translated all the events on my local music schedule into the format for this calendar. In fact, I am now generating that list-formatted page using the same javascript that generates this page. But I do it off-line, so that page can be loaded quickly by any browser. You may want to go there, if you have any trouble with this page.

This page has been tested with the latest versions of Mozilla/Netscape and Internet Exploiter. It does not work with old versions of Netscape (4.x and earlier).

Some quirks:

• Java, Javascript, and cookies must all be enabled in order for the calendar to be fully funcional. If Java is turned off, some events will still appear, but the vast majority will not show up.
• In Mozilla/Netscape: Because of the quirks of event handling, you can only click on links to events if that day is selected. If you try to click on a link for an unselected day, it selects the day, but won't follow the link (in IE, it does both).
• In IE: Security settings can interfere with operation of the calendar. Active X controls must be on.

If you think you have all the necessary features enabled, and you still don't see the concert listings on this page, you can try tweaking your security settings some more, or just give up and go to one of the many "real" music calendars out there. I used to keep an html-only version of this calendar to accommodate older browsers, etc, but it was too much of a pain to maintain it, so it's gone...
