I see it but I don't believe it. "One object of the invention is to provide a device... adapted to be quickly and easily applied to and removed from the male organ of generation and which, when applied, will produce in an improved manner the erection of this organ, when the latter has lost the power of natural erection." I'll bet!
Those bulging portions 20 are leaf spring sections, and that screw 17 ends in the curved plate 19 which is to be screwed upwardly "for producing the necessary amount of pressure at the proper place on the organ." Some form of this must have been a tool of the Spanish Inquisition.
