This Web site has been constructed to document the case of Linda Schilcher, a former professor at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.

Her case, Linda Schilcher v. Board of Trustees University of Arkansas et al. (Civil No. 00-5213), was scheduled for trial on October 24-28, 2005 in the Federal District Court, Fayetteville, Arkansas. A settlement was announced in the Morning News on October 4, 2005. The Morning News reported, "Schilcher's teaching and research performance were simply insufficient to warrant a reappointment, according to the university."
