Coaches & Assistant Coaches
We need Volunteer Coaches and Assistant Coaches to help run some of the teams.
No prior soccer experience required! Only qualifications are that you enjoy working with kids and want to
get involved in helping your community.
While the coaches are working diligently to prepare their teams for Opening
Day, who’s in charge of organizing the team? That where the Team Parent comes in. Team Parents can support their Coach
with things like:
- Create team roster and
disseminate roster and team schedule to parents.
- Forward copy of team roster to Arlington Soccer.
- Schedule snack/ water duty for team.
- Schedule and set up year end party/ coach mementos.
- Disseminate all information, etc. that comes your way.
Schedules need to be maintained, coaches recruited, equipment purchased ....
There are many opportunities -- short term and long term -- to help keep the Club going.
Fees are not enough to offset the costs of equipment, set-up, scholarships,
etc. The Club is seeking sponsors -- big and small, any size! -- to keep the Club going!
