The Divine Gerard awards program is temporarily suspended. Spammers have been using the application form to transmit their advertisements to my mailbox, and I am not alone in this problem. Legitimate applications already on hand will be reviewed and awards made as deemed appropriate. I hope to have the program up and running again soon. Thank you for your understanding.

Criteria and Ethics:

1. Sites in English, or with English language option, so I can read your material.
2. Family-friendly content only. No hate/violence, animal/human cruelty, intolerance. This includes your links.
3. I don't mind if you use a WYSIWYG template or wrote your own code. Just please, be easy on the eyes.
4. If you use Flash, Java, or have music on your site, please have a way to turn it off.
5. Must have an awards page, even if you have not received any awards as yet.
6. Must agree to link back to my site. If I do not hear back from you within two weeks of granting the award, I reserve the right to remove your site from the Awards Recipient page.
7. I will, on occasion, grant an award to a site I "surf into" and see that it meets my criteria. Those sites will be designated with an asterisk (*) on the Recipients page.
8. Reciprocal awards are *not* required for consideration in my program. Whether or not a site has granted an award to me, or is listed as an affiliate, is irrelevant to the award process. All applicants will be considered equally.
9. I will review your site within two weeks of receiving your application.

As always, your privacy is important to me. I will not share your contact information with any outside entity.
