I am on a number of insurance panels as a preferred provider, and in those
instances, you can pay me a co-pay and I will bill your insurance for the rest. Many insurance companies offer out of
network benefits. In those cases, you will need to pay the fee up front and I can provide you with a statement to submit
to your insurance so you can get reimbursed for whatever else they owe.
For your convenience, I offer payment with credit and debit cards as well as accepting personal checks.
