Directions:

The Maple Leaf Professional Center is located on Lake City Way just off the I-5 North Lake City Way exit, near the 80th and 15th Ave. N.E. intersection.  Angled parking is available in front of the building on Lake City Way N.E.  Parking is also available on the nearest side street,  N.E. 77th.  The building is a green house with a sign out front that says 'Maple Leaf Professional Center".  There is a waiting room on the ground floor, accessed at the side of the building.
