Note:   We try to keep our rental rates competitive, so if you find a lesser rate for a comparable home on Sanibel, please let us know. We will make every effort to match the lowest price and to provide you with the best value for your vacation. Bookings for low-season dates, or for more than a month may be more flexible on start and end dates. 11% FL and Lee County Rental taxes will be added to any stay less than 6 months. A Refundable Security Deposit will be an additional expense for all rentals. * During off-season, the least costly month is September, while the most expensive months are October & November. All rentals subject to prior rental and must be booked with a reservation payment to reserve the booking. Please ask us for our Courtesy hold, available while the guest makes payment arrangement. Please remember that the City of Sanibel requires a 28 night minimum rental for all private homes (4 weeks).
