Thanks for visiting my website. My name is Sandy, and I'm a 30-something math geek who loves to praise God, play the piano, dance, take pictures, talk to animals, and generally enjoy a quiet but deliberate life. This website helps people in my life stay in touch with what I'm up to. Here's a quick rundown of the contents:

• You'll find a lot of pictures on the site! I love to share photos and the stories that go with them. And, my cousins have beautiful children who I completely adore; I take as many photos of them as I can.

About the seagull photo

I took the seagull picture in August 2005, on the shore of Lake Superior in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. It is one of my favorite pictures that I've ever taken.
