The 2007 Beaufort Sister Cities mural competition's theme was "Time." I painted Einstein's portrait over a collage of printouts of his handwriting, photos of his life and one of his quotes that said: "The only reason for time is to keep everything from happening at once."

The mural won! In October 2007, I went to France to paint a 7 x 8 foot mural as a result. See the painting Les Halles for details on the french mural.
