Reiki Healing Sessions (Treatments)
A one-on-one healing treatment usually is set up of either 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes session. Appointments are flexible and can be scheduled to fit your specific needs. Multiple sessions are usually spread apart from 48-72 hours yet there is no over dosage or under dosage as the body takes in what needs and releases at its own rate. Not everyone will want more than one treatment and we do not encourage or discourage repeated sessions.The purpose of a Reiki healing treatment is to increase the body's energies free from clear blockages that may exist. Reiki is usually transferred with the practitioner's hands resting gently above the body in areas corresponding to the various energy centers. Reiki healing energy is provided from all sides of the body as it is done usually on table fully clothed.
Reiki techniques enable a treatment to be given with both healthy and unhealthy as you don't have to be ill to experience the benefits of a Reiki Treatment.

Reiki first degree or sometimes known as Reiki Level 1 is an alternative to regular treatments as you will receive a powerful 1/2 day Reiki experience rather than short treatment session. These are usually class size settings, yet if you like a Reiki level 1 on one-to-one personal treatment as the fees are slightly higher.
