Bloody Mary

The Bloody Mary is a Sunday brunch staple. Known to many as the hangover helper, it can be served with or without alcohol and is a treat both ways.

4 cups tomato juice
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Tabasco sauce
Celery sticks, for garnish
Vodka (optional)

In a pitcher, combine tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper and celery salt.

Pour tomato juice mixture into 6 classes. Add a dash of tobasco sauce to each glass. Garnish with celery sticks.

Allow guests to add vodka, or not. None for low carb!
