What’s New:
9/28/12 - We have changed the late registration date for the annual
meeting from September 28 to October 5. Added a pdf version of the registration form and a map of Vermillion.
9/11/12 - OK, we have a date set for the annual meeting, and I
have a lot of updating to do. There may be some merchandise added to the registration form, so come back and check on
it. Input is welcome!
6/15/10 - Added a new page, "Additional Resources," with pdf versions
of some past newsletters. Moved the additional links to this page and added an events calendar. Put a "unique visitors"
counter on the home page.
5/29/10 - Getting the Annual Meeting information up early, and
adding a section on volunteer excavations. Ongoing editing of Membership and Publications pages.
4/11/09 - A long hiatus ... when I said I wasn't promising prompt
and timely updates, I really wasn't thinking in terms of years. This time around, I will be more prompt, and will also be
soliciting contributions from our various chapters. If you have something you would like on the web site before our annual
meeting, forward it to Mike and he can get it to me.
3/12/05 - This web site was created, replacing the sites previously
maintained through the University of South Dakota Archaeology Laboratory and the Archeology Laboratory at Augustana College.
A re-direct was placed on the USD server to bring this site to the top of a web search.
