Well if you can believe it, the 2007 Summer Season is almost upon us.

 

This is our sixth season to share our home with guests and it is again that time of year for us when we renew contact with past families who visit us as well as meet new families who want to share those summer memories in Ocean City, MD and at the Seeley Home.

 

It is just around the block for the fun of the beach, the warmth of the sand, the roar of the waves and a stroll on the boardwalk with the smell of thrasher french fries lingering in the air. It is our sincere wishes that all that visit Ocean City this summer have a wonderful vacation made up of many family memories.

 

If you haven't already, we welcome you to take a look at our guest book which is located on our home page. There you can get a glimpse to what our guests think about our home and what we provide. It is truly our expectation to make our home one that you will call home for the duration of your stay.

 

We also want to give a special thank you to our guests that have already booked for 2007.  We can’t thank you all enough for returning again as our guests and can't wait to see you again next summer. Our home in Ocean City is truly a place our family makes many family memories, new friends and we are so happy it is the same for many of our guests that visit as well.

 

Now about the 2007 Summer Season, under the section called rates, amenities and availability are the rates for the 2007 Summer Season. Current rates and availability of dates are listed there on the site. If you weren't aware we only rent 9 weeks (Sat-Sat beginning June 23, 2007 until August 25, 2007) in the summer season and we currently have 8 weeks booked. The July 4, 2007 week is the only one still available.

 

We hope that after seeing our web site you will decide to select our home for a family memory in 2007. Please don't hesitate to e-mail us for information on our 2007 bookings. To those who are possibly looking into becoming guests of ours next summer, again please take a peak at our guest book and see what others think about our home. We think you will see we truly aren’t the typical Ocean City Maryland vacation rental that you usually come across. It truly is our sincere hope to make your stay as homey and relaxing as we can offer.  In late June 2007 we will post our 2008 rates so you may contact us to be put on our mailing list for that.

 

We also try to keep our web site up to date with the most current photos of the unit in the hopes that you will see all that we try to do for our guests. We also took a few shots of the snow in Dec 2004 just so you could see how beautiful the beach looks in the winter months. We don't offer our home during that time of the year, but if ever you get the chance to see Ocean City in the winter it is another beautiful season with many things also to do. One of our favorites is the winter festival of lights on 127th street (Nov - Jan). If we could ever help with getting you winter activity information, please feel free to contact us.

In my news letter last year we stated we had begun a new venture with our friends the Lockards by making the availability of renting a direct water front vacation home at Lake Anna VA. Our home there is called Kindred Spirits at Childs Cove. From April 2006 to June 2006 we worked many long weekends getting it prepared for a summer rental season. We were successful in our first year and fully booked the 2006 summer season. With that home we also got to know many new families and heard from those guests the fun family memories they made there as well.
