Richard W. Collinge is the owner and operator of Rick Collinge & Associates. Rick started his private investigative business in 1997 after serving with the Santa Barbara Sheriff's department for 25 years. Outstanding reputation with local law enforcement agencies and respected Law Firms. Rick has been responsible for Client/witness interviews; preparations of Summons, Subpoenas, and proof of service; locate, interview and obtain witness statements; extensive computerized database searches; expert witness search, interviews and coordination; public records examination; obtain, review and analyze records; analyze/summarize factual information; draft affidavits and declarations; organize trial documents and physical evidence, prepare notes/reports of interviews; assist in closing arguments; court testimony; preparation of client/witnesses testimony for trial. Rick has testified in over 300 courtroom hearings/trials. Testified in Federal Court; Municipal Court; Superior Court; Juvenile Court; Grand Jury and in an international homicide trial in Israel.

Since 2003 Rick has been employed as an independent contractor for the U.S. Department of Justice, International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (ICITAP). As an instructor and consultant Rick was responsible for presenting and developing Police Training Curriculum on a variety of law enforcement subjects.
