In-depth research, brief writing, travel,

All other appellate related work, including,
but not limited to, consultation, initial file review,
file preparation, appendix preparation and brief printing ........................................$ 175. per hour

Law Office File Management ................................................................................$ 175. per hour

For each project, an estimate of the cost of the entire project will be made prior to commitment, and a retainer of one-half of this estimate will be required. When hours exceed the retainer, fees for these hours are due within ten (10) days of billing. Because initial consultations are at a reduced rate, payment is expected at the conclusion of the consultation.

When your client has a monetary judgment, a contingency agreement may be possible.
