No Time to Cook Cookbooklet
Skillet Barbequed Tuna, p. 29
(This is so good, I added some celery and my favorite way of having it is
over some of Joanna's cornbread. Makes an awesome lunch or dinner!!)
(Last night I prepared this and had on reduced-fat hamburger buns. My
hubby came home around 9:30 and scarfed down two and he didn't even
realize they were tuna! I liked it also.)
(This is so good, some chopped celery added is great, too. Very inexpensive
meal! Great in seeded hamburger buns or over some of Joanna's cornbread.)
(I always double this and I add some chopped celery . . . . I love veggies
so I'm always throwing extra in. Hope you enjoy this, great over cornbread,
on toasted pita, a bun . . . come to think of it, it's great no matter how
you eat it!!)
(I tried this last night and was really impressed with the taste; nice low-cal
pasta sauce.)
(Really good, I actually really enjoyed it over toast last night and had the
rest on pasta for lunch -- excellent. I actually prefer it to regular spaghetti
sauce.)

(Last night I made [this]. I microwaved some potates and threw the dish over
the potatoes and it was YUMMY!! Fast and Good!! Definitely a keeper! All
the kids loved it! (I have 3 teenage daughters.))
(When I recommend Joanna's recipes, I give my highest praise by sharing that
DH loves [this] . . . and this is a man who has always hated gravy! :)
