The files for this require Microsoft Excel v 5.0 or later, or Star Office v 5.2, or Open Office v 1.1,
except for the instructions.txt file, which can be read with any text reader, such as Notepad in Accessories.
(The Exchange Estimator files will work with Open Office or Star Office, even though they are Excel files.)
Microsoft Works is able to use the single sheets. Files are below the picture.
First Place members may want to change the calories on the following exchanges to: Fat: 45, Protein: 55, Veggies: 25.
