Steps to Download the Spreadsheet / Tracker:

In order to use the Tracker, either Microsoft Excel or Sun Microsystem's Star Office 
must be installed on your computer.

If not, see Download Star Office.  Click Downloading Files to come back here.
Check to see that Modem Disconnection has been Disabled.  

I strongly recommend that you use Smart Download at: 
  http://home.netscape.com/download/smartdownload.html?cp=dowdep6. 
  It's a free download, and may be the difference between your 
  getting the file, and not getting it. 
  It's designed to work with Netscape, but the new version should 
  also work with Microsoft Internet Explorer.
  
Download Instructions

Click on the link. (the underlined filename)
If it gives you the chance to Save:

Click the Save button or Save it to Disk | OK. 
Select desired directory.  Remember this directory (folder).
OK or Save.
If it Opens the file rather than giving you a chance to save it:

(If necessary to see the spreadsheet, click on the rectangle in the Taskbar down below.)
Click File | Save As and save file to desired directory.  Remember this directory (folder).
If you get a message that says Unknown file type:

Right-click (use the right mouse button) the link. 
In the pop-up menu, click Save Link As (Netscape) or Save Target As (Internet Explorer). 
In the Save As dialog box, up at the top it shows the folder by Save in:.
 
If that folder is OK with you, just remember which folder it is. 
If you want to change that folder: 

Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the folder name, 
and click a different folder in the list. 
If you need a folder to open so that you can find a sub-folder in it, then double-click it. 
Click Save.  
Let it finish downloading.

Be sure you got all of the file.  Click here for help, if necessary. 
If the file was zipped, unzip it.   Click here for help, if necessary. 
Open your Spreadsheet/Tracker file.  Click Desktop Icon for help, if necessary.
