The Cypress Water Gardens
of Fountain Place

1445 Ross Avenue
Ross at Field Street - Downtown

Rusty's Notes -the courtyards surrounding this impressive office building will carry you away to a land of cypress trees, fountains and waterfalls. It's the biggest water feature for an office building Rusty's ever seen (keeping in mind that he's country boy).

DART

A money saving way to see a lot of city, it's everywhere, nearly.

Rusty's Notes - Ride the rails and see the city. Ride all day for just a few dollars per person. Every station included the works of local artists in their construction. The Lovers Lane Station employed a poet. Check it out.
For convention attendees here's a little Buttplate secret. Stay in a hotel North of Knox /Henderson as far out as Royal Lane (the restaurants will be nicer), then you can park in commuter parking (free), ride DART RAIL right to the Convention Center, ride downtown and back with parking included, all for $3.00 a day. Parking costs a ton more at the Convention Center and you won't have to fight rush hour traffic. Sounds like a winner to Rusty.
