We at the Woodman State Jail would like to wish everyone
a happy New Millenium Fourth of July.
On June 9, the Linda Woodman Unit held a memorial service to remember
the fallen officers gone but not forgotten.
The invocation was given by Chaplain Rodriguez, then Officer Berrien
made some motivational remarks.A memorial candle was then lit by Substance

giving a special tribute, and K. Richards from Classification ended the
ceremony with the benediction An Officers Prayer.
The Woodman Unit Post Trauma Team then planted a tree on the northwest

tree was donated by Hales Nursery.
