Navigating between frames:
Once the page is loaded, by clicking with the right mouse button on one of the frames, a menu will appear which will give you more options, including expanding the frame to the full size of the window. However, once expanded, you will not be able to click the "back" button to return from where you were. That is because you are no longer within a frame. You may, though, used Crtl-H (with Netscape Communicator) to see the history of where you have been and then select the URL (address) that you want to return to.
