Drug abuse and crime: Fact or Fancy?

This article is based on testimony before the Subcommittee to Investigate Juvenile Delinquency of the Committee of the Judiciary of the United States Senate on August 5, 1976. At the time Dr. Shellow was Chairman of the Panel on Drug Use and Criminal Behavior while serving as a visiting scientist with the National Institute on Drug Abuse, Rockville, Maryland.
