Payment and Cancellation policy

Payment

  • We can invoice your company with a purchase order
  • We accept check, money order or cash

Notice- RRiedell Consulting reserves the right to cancel classes and seminars. RRiedell assumes no liability for expenses by students due to cancellations.

Cancellations

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Seminar enrollment can be cancelled by notifying us. There is a 25% cancellation fee if you cancel less than 7 working days prior to the seminar.
