Cancellations
Customers often ask what our cancellation policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely
happy with your seminar, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it
right.
Seminar enrollment can be cancelled by notifying us. There is a 25% cancellation fee if you cancel less than
7 working days prior to the seminar.
