Our Company

The objective of our business is to provide a high quality training and reliable service for our customers. Your Trainer Ron Riedell has been working in the HVAC industry for the past 24 years. He earned his bachelor degree from California State University Pomona in Behavioral Science. He teaches at Cypress College in the Vocational Education Department and at the Local 409 Refrigeration Union. He spent ten years with Siemens Building Technologies as the West Coast District Training Coordinator. In addition to being a coach for Automation Specialists, he set up and delivered training for the Landis & Gyr, Staefa merge in the Los Angeles Branch. Ron was part of the Landis & Gyr Time to Performance program team that identified and put in place training plans for Landis & Gyr field technicians. During that time he put together training needs analysis and developed controls training curriculum for a 3 million-dollar customer base.
