CHARACTER GENERATION PART 2 So far you should have selected a race, generated you characters ability scores and selected a primary lifestyle., selected a primary career which gave you your characters primary skills. If you have not done so, return to the Main RPG page and start again or complete the process. If you have, you are now ready to select your secondary lifestyle. SECONDARY LIFESTYLE You are allowed to choose a secondary lifestyle different from your primary.
However, your basic Abilities will not be modified again.
They are only modified by your Primary Lifestyle choice.
By allowing you to create a character with a larger variety of skills it
is highlighting the difference between you and the ordinary citizen.
Normal citizens will only have one Primary Lifestyle and one Primary Career.
Of course selecting a similar lifestyle increases your chance of raising your
Primary Career skill levels.
Select your Secondary Lifestyle path from the list below.
FIGHTER - A Fighting lifestyle is one of continual combat, danger and excitement.
Dealing with monsters and taming new lands being the main effort.
This is a good choice for characters that have high strength and constitution characteristics.
CRIMINAL - A Criminal lifestyle is one of excitement but less danger.
Money and possesions being the main effort.
This is a good choice for characters that have high dexterity and agility characteristics.
SCHOLAR- A Scholarly lifestyle is peaceful, not looking for conflict but still prepared
to deal with it just in case.
Research and experimentation being the main effort.
This is a lifestyle for characters that have high intelligence characteristics.
RELIGIOUS- A Religious lifestyle is peaceful, usually not looking for conflict but
still prepared to deal with it just in case.
Service and conversion being the main effort.
This is a lifestyle for characters that have high wisdom characteristics.
MERCHANT- A Merchant lifestyle can be peaceful at times and dangerous at others.
Always looking out for a good deal can lead you to many strange places.
Dealing with people and money being the main effort.
This is a lifestyle that is good for characters that have high intelligence or wisdom characteristics
as well as charisma.
LAWMAN- A Lawmans lifestyle is one of both danger and boredom.
Service and protection being the main effort.
This is a lifestyle for characters that have high strength and constitution characteristics.
GOVERMENT- A Governmental lifestyle is peaceful, conflict being resolved with words and documents.
Service and order being the main effort.
This is a lifestyle for characters that have high intelligence and wisdom characteristics.
ARTIST- An Artistic lifestyle is peaceful, no conflict and no desire to deal with it.
Perfection in ones creatvity and beauty being the main effort.
This is a lifestyle for characters that have high dexterity and wisdom characteristics.
ACTOR- An Actors lifestyle is peaceful, not looking for conflict but prepared to bluff
ones way out of it just in case.
Excitement and entertainment of others being the main effort.
This is a lifestyle for characters that have high charisma and agility characteristics.
WORKER- A Workers lifestyle is usually peaceful, except in time of war or strife.
Survival being the main effort.
This is a lifestyle for characters that have low intelligence or wisdom characteristics
as well as willpower.
To make your character more interesting you can determine your specific traits.
These are rolled for and not selected.
A. You may roll one trait from the Both list
B. You can roll once on both the Attribute and the Flaw lists.

Now that you have selected your Primary and Secondary Lifestyles and determined your Primary
and Secondary Careers you are ready to determine your skills.
As of right now I do not have all the skills assigned to each career.
That will come later.
For now The GM will look at the list and determine what skills apply to your careers.
