The Royal Knights outdoor track practice has begun at Trinity Catholic High School at 1720 Redman Rd. Practices are held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. All practices are held
from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. When the weather warms, the practice times will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The
Royal Knights colors are royal blue and gold.
Ages:
The ages are 5 to 18. This is the age that the child will be on December 31,
2013. The athletes run in the following age
categories 8 and under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16 and 17-18. Four copies of the birth certificate are required.
The Royal Knights Athletic Association is a member of United States Track and Field Association (USATF) and Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). All participating
athletes MUST be a member of both associations in order to run in sponsored track meets.
