If you want a quote, just select the type of building you want. The shop building packages are just the start.
However, you can move the doors where you want, add and/or subtract doors, windows, leans on the sides, have higher sidewalls,
etc. There is no charge for changing where you want the doors.
How easy is it to get started?
- Call us for a firm quote. We are proud of our combination of top quality at the lowest prices.
- When you are ready to take it to the next step, call us for an on-site appointment. We come out and see where
you want it built. We flag the location in preparation for construction then shoot a transit on your building site
to determine exactly how much dirt is needed to build your pad.
- Determine if you want our standard priced building (many do) or have additional needs/wants/options you want to add.
You select Galvalume or your choice of colors for the roof, sidewall and trim, and where to place any doors etc. if standard
or ordered as extra. If you want any optional items you can add them then and tell us how you want them placed.
- We give you a firm quote in writing.
- No obligation or charge for a survey and site visit to assist you in finalizing your building plans with us in our coverage
area. If you selected one of our standard priced buildings with no options, as many do, the price you see advertised
is the total price, plus any additional dirt needed, which is determined by our site survey. All Labor, Materials,
and Taxes are already included. No surprises!
We accept cash, checks, money orders, Hawaiian currency, pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters and Kruggerrands.
Once you have decided to build with us, and returned the signed building order, we set up the next available start date,
usually within two to three weeks. We order your materials and have the steel cut for your building.
We take no deposit or down payment. We only require 1/3 when we frame your building, 1/3 when the slab is
poured, and the final 1/3 when we finish skinning the building, do all the trim, bring the surrounding soil up to grade.
Once we begin framing, our average time is from 3 to 5 days to complete your building, barring weather or other delays
beyond our control.
