The Resource Tracking System is a customized user friendly computer program designed to automate the processes of reserving time and monitoring usage of production facilities. The program is designed for the community access center and provides for the reservation, check-out, and return processing of studios, edit suites, field and other equipment. The RTS software also directly integrates with the Programming Management & Statistical Tracking System to monitor user certification based on last date of use and facility usage based on limitations established through project management.

Automatic certification renewal tracking based on facility and equipment usage.
Check the availability of one or a group of resources with a single inquiry.
Restrict equipment/facility reservations and check-outs by project and resource type. (Set maximum usage limits in number of hours and number of check-outs for edit suites, studios, and field equipment - kits or individual items.)
Evaluate reservations and actual usage against project limits during check-out and reservation processes.

PRICING

The basic package price is $3,000.
Technical support and program modifications are available at $75.00 per hour.
Onsite training is available at a rate of $600 per day plus travel, lodging, and expenses (Min. 2 days).
Periodic program updates will be offered for 15% of the current purchase price.
Supplemental programs may be offered as separate products.
All prices are subject to change without prior notification.

The system is based on Microsoft FoxPro. This allows direct user accessibility of the data files from current versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, FoxPro, and ACCESS. (Jointly developed by Ron Tribbett & Portland Cable Access Television.)
