Most all units at the Royal Palm have 2 bedrooms. This make it ideal for renters with 2 to 6 persons, and because renting from an owner directly will be much less than the full resort rate, your cost is probably much less than renting a 1 bedroom or even a studio from most resorts. Rentals typically are in 7 night blocks, normally Fri to Fri or Sat to Sat, but visits of 2 to 14 nights can be arranged.
Please see the availability schedule below for dates and prices. Prices, unless stated otherwise, are for our luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite (while your week is still available) for 7 nights. The resorts get up to double or triple our rates. You also save substantially on room taxes/service, which is 20% for resort offered weeks. For our owned suites, you pay only a flat $50 per week gvt. tax directly to the resort.
When we receive the full payment upon booking, we forward to you the resort's confirmation in your own name.
Basically there is availability anytime, so long as the Royal Palm Beach Club resort is not fully booked at the time you request it. Winter weeks, however, tend to sell out 4 to 6 months ahead.
The Royal Palm Beach Club is one of the few St. Maarten resorts that permits weekly check-ins on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday -- a great help considering the tight airspace (especially to get frequent flyer award bookings) and discount fare restrictions that often require vacations to be planned many months ahead.
For days when you feel like staying in, use the fully equipped kitchen (ice maker & even coffee filters included). There is a pool with a swim-up bar and restaurant, retail stores, mini market and a full gym now owned by the resort (originally Gold's Gym) on premises, car rental and activities desk beside the lobby, and full use of sister resort next door including additional pools, tennis courts, etc. It is within 3 blocks of several restaurants, and within a mile or two of many more restaurants (ranging from cheap to expensive). Best of all, you step right out of your suite onto the beach (salt water or pool, your choice).
Renting at the Flamingo Beach Club and at the Flamingo Beach Villas:
Free shuttle between the 3 resorts, shared use of pools and beaches.
