Coconut Pecan Brownies 1 pkg. brownie mix 1/2 cup oil 1/4 cup water 2 eggs 1 can coconut pecan frosting 8 oz. container sour cream 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat 50 strokes by hand. Add frosting and sour cream; mix well. Spread batter in greased pan. Sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips evenly over top. Bake for 24 to 52 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
