Whole Wheat Carrot Cake Time, 7 May 1990, T9 modified to earlier recipe 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup white flour 1 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 cup salad oil 2 tsp soda or 1/4 lb margarine 1 tsp salt 4 eggs 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp nutmeg 1 cup crushed pineapple 1 tsp allspice with juice 3 cup shredded carrots Oven to 350 F. Grease a 13x9 pan. Combine sugars, oil, vanilla, eggs. Beat 1 min. Add pineapple. Add dry ingredients till blended. Add carrots till blended. Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
