Joseph Tsai has been with ‘Vintari Music’ more then ten years and
became head of artist relations in 1996.
Originally an artist manager for
(Roger Vincent Tari) Joseph
introduced Vince to many Asian
artists from both Taiwan and China
markets respectively. One such meeting
resulted in the recording and release of 'Angels Descending Upon
The River'
a composition written and produced by
Roger Vincent Tari in 1998 and performed
by Award winning master pipa player 'Yang Qin' . Further meetings lead to a songwriting
project with rock artist "Chen Cheng"and ''Vincent Tari'' between 2001/2004
which resulted in recordings 'Notice of Death','No-Way', 'Dream Talk'and a re-arranged
version of 'Blue Sky' written by the Chinese
songwriter "Hua Yue Li". 'Blue Sky' can be heard on the 'San Xi'
music network at http://www.sanximusic.com.
Joseph and Vince share similar ideas related to the Asian entertainment industry and its beneficial
placement inside westernized Pop culture. Mr. Tsai trades time operating his own Independent
media production business, which includes; Sound, Stage and Lighting tech as well as DJ
and behind the scenes event coordinator. Joseph’s knowledge and business experience
oversee the company’s dealings with Asian associates, clientele and repertoire.
Most recently, Mr.Tsai introduced legendary Piano Boogie king ''Joey Welz''
to a peak Asian promotion company.
Together as team players, Joseph and Vince utilize their working skills in 'work for hire' situations. Organizing, producing
and finalizing media performance events for both Asian & American concerts through-out the east coast regin.
Mr. Tsai also maintains his original position as manager for Roger Vincent Tari.
