John was the most caring, wonderful man I could have ever possibly hoped to have had as my partner. We spent nearly six years together. He passed away in August of 1995 with me holding his hand. Second, that we didn't have more pictures taken of the two of us together. I have discovered that mourning of the death of one's true love never gets easier, it just gets less often.
