I am Rod Bush (rodbush@sprynet.com), born in Jones County, MS, raised in Southern CA and educated at San Dieguito U.H.S. and UCLA. I married Mary, born and raised in Southern CA and educated at Cypress College, Cal State Fullerton and UCLA. Our Children are Jim Bush of Maui, HI; Kathy Bush Cherney of Riverside , CA; Steve Bush of Mission Viejo, CA; Tom Bush of Westwood, CA, a Computer Science senior at UCLA; and John Bush of Cypress , CA, who is attending the University of California Santa Barbara.
I work at Boeing North American's Space Systems Division in Downey, CA (Work), attend Long Beach Los Altos United Methodist Church and enjoy my hobbies, Genealogy, Listing Hot Web Sites, Finding New Links, Greene Co, AL GenWeb, PILGRIM-L, Computers, and participate in the Sons of the American Revolution and The American Legion.
I also enjoy VU Classes, writing letters to friends and relatives, always using the proper USPS ZIP Code and addresses using Switchboard for Snail-Mail or Four11 Directory Services for E-Mail addresses. In my leisure time, I read The Los Angeles Times for the latest news, Pathfinder for magazines or watch the Discovery Channel and A&E . When the grand children are visiting, we play with FIDO! (The Family Internet Directory Online) . When alone, I read Afterthoughts.
Mary enjoys music, singing, playing English Handbells, watching the Campanile Jazz Handbells or browsing at Michaels Arts and Crafts Store.
