then the problem most likely is with your firewall program. Remember, you can just send it by email if you want too. Your email address will remain private and will not be posted unless you want it posted--but please address your mail as "FORM DATA" if you want your comment added to the page if applicable.

TO ENABLE FORM FIELDS IF YOU ARE RUNNING: Norton Personal Firewall: open up the program. Then go to Privacy Control. Click on this tab. Then click on configure. This opens a new window. Click on "Custom Level". This opens another window where you will see: "Enable Browser Privacy" with a check box beside it. TO Enable form data transmission you must uncheck this box. This will allow the data to be sent to Earthlink's servers and the proper functioning of the program. You may want to undo the changes after sending your comments

Most other Firewall programs should be similar. I appologize for the inconvenience, but it is out of my control.
