Iv'e had problems with the CD-RW drive since I got my new Hewlett-Packard computer. Nothing much in the beginning, just some failures to read, or a few writing mistakes, nothing that much away from expectations until…….

However to surely comply with current copyright law and “the fair use act”—even though I feel it is important to report as an online journalist, their emails to myself as a whole both showing and that the whole of these Emails constitutes the aggregate of their ineptness, I have chosen to edit their Emails to be certain the "fair use act" is observed. In other words, I cut out the “fluff” and kept in the “stuff” that shows how ineffectual Hewlett-Packard is with their “#1 Customer Support”. If the writers of these individual Emails wish to contest whether I am following the copyright law in this regard, then please let me know what your complaint may be, so I can make adjustments.
