HOME EXCHANGE

Here are some pictures of my home in Topanga, CA in Los Angeles County. I am open to exchanges for periods of 2 to 8 weeks. The house has two bedrooms and one bath. It is @ 1300 sq. ft. with an additional 700 sq. ft. of deck space. Exchanges would be for one or two people only. I would be traveling either alone or with one companion. Auto exchange is a possibility. The house has central heat & air, fireplace, hot tub, laundry, extensive computer, TV & sound gear and one of the most beautiful views you'll ever see. It is next to a state park with miles of hiking, biking and equestrian trails. Very quiet, very private, It is located 40 minutes from the L.A. airport, 20 minutes from Santa Monica, 15 minutes from Woodland Hills, 10 minutes from the beach.
