SALES AGREEMENT AND GUARANTEE

This agreement is made between herein referred to as the _______________________

Buyer and _______________________           _______herein referred to as the Seller.

The buyer agrees to pay (50% of price)$____________ as a (non- refundable) deposit on the ______ day of ___ ______, 2007; and, the Buyer further agrees to pay the balance due of $_____________ on or before the ___ _ day of _______, 2007.  The registration application and all worming/vaccination records will be surrendered to the buyer at the time balance is paid. 

To the best knowledge and belief of the seller(s), this puppy/adult dog is guaranteed to be in good health, free from any symptoms of infectious or contagious diseases at the time of this sale. No further health guarantee is made.   It is recommended that a Veterinarian check be done within the first 72 hours.  This guarantee does not cover possibility of worms or fleas, as these may be present in any healthy puppy/adult dog.  The puppies will have first shots and have been wormed.

If the puppy/adult dog is to be shipped, the puppy/adult dog is seen by a Veterinarian and receives health certificate that accompanies puppy/adult dog on flight.  In signing agreement, buyer and seller agree to above provisions without question.
