I think that on the eve of Halloween, FBI director Freeh needs to change his disguise from high-and-mighty to one of an apologetic. The bigshot mask he's hiding behind is nothing more than one of deceit and misconception. His 'shield' of protection is one of see-through and the American public is the onlooker.
