Teacher
Evaluation worksheet
|
I designed this specifically to
aid the teacher in evaluating the effectiveness of the unit and to aid
in redesigning and rethinking the unit. Although I never had a chance
to use this in class, I believe the evaluation would be a powerful form
for both the students and the teacher. To often, students' opinions are
overlooked. However, they are the desired audience and deserve a chance
to voice their opinions.
