Disclaimer: We didn't name Vanna! We inherited her from a FOAF who died some years ago. She is about 23 years old, tiny, gray and white (with a racing stripe on one leg). She is very cute!. Despite her age she is the most kittenish and playful of our cats, and she is very talkative (sound bites to come!). She also has her own room (she deserves it at 23), but is going to have to give it up when the baby arrives! |

Chester and Piper (can you spot the X-Files references here?) are brother and sister. There mother, Clio, was found pregnant one winter on the streets of Chicago in 1995. Clio was a calico, and our kittens father was certainly a big orange tomcat. Chester and Piper were 2 of 6 kittens (quite a basket full!). |

Chester received his father's Big Orange gene (and is starting to express the orange cat slut gene). Though his coloring is the same as the picture, he now weighs in at a muscular 18 or so pounds. Not a little boy, despite having a stumpy tail (the end was clamped off when he was delivered by C-section). |

Piper is the most adorable calico in the world (we've done the research!). We could easily overwhelm our server with nothing but cute Piper pictures, but we won't. |

In Memorium:: Our first cat, Zuzu (named for the Sumerian god of ill wind and fire) died in October 1996 after a long and trying liver illness. We miss her! |
That's our family! We are so proud of them!
