LIFE JACKET and DREAM OF LIQUID MEMORIES were both produced by local filmmaker Francesca Talenti. "Life Jacket" is an animation based on a poem by Susan Bright. (Awarded Best animation at the Adobe Digital Cinema Festival 2001.)

"Dream of Liquid Memories" features a technique called Liquid Pictures, which was researched by Talenti and developed over the last seven years. Ms. Talenti teaches animation, screenwriting, and narrative production at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (33 min.)
